America’s Greedy Ways, I see

America’s greedy ways, I see shining through like a light
The Rich business man driving his car that is more than is house and passes by a homeless family in a box.
There are crooks and robbers and muggers killing and stealing innocent people’s lives and things.
The celebrity taking there limos or private jets across the country just to find a dress to wear to the next award show.
People buying jewelry that instead could help a homeless family.
I see the congress man voting for a tax cut or package that gives money back but only to the rich and not the poor.
The husband who on holidays like Valentines Day and birthdays goes out with the mistress because his wife is busy watching the kids.
The seniors picking on the freshman all helpless and worried.
I can see America’s greed, just like a morning sun, that shines bright.
